After 12 years of proudly serving the public safety community as a manufacturers’ representative organization, Southwest Emergency Products is entering an exciting new chapter.
As part of our long-term strategic vision, we are transitioning from a manufacturers’ representative model to a direct sales and consulting organization. While change often comes with mixed emotions, this evolution allows us to focus even more closely on delivering solutions, expertise, and personalized service directly to the customers and agencies we serve.
As a result of this transition, our manufacturers’ representative agreements will be concluding. Lecher Technology will be taking over some manufactures so please look forward to them reaching out to you!
What remains unchanged is our commitment to you.
Southwest Emergency Products will continue operating and serving the public safety market as a direct sales organization and consulting group. We remain dedicated to helping our customers identify, procure, and implement the technologies and solutions they need to protect their communities and fulfill their missions. Our focus has always been on building lasting relationships and delivering exceptional service, and that commitment will only strengthen as we move forward.
