View from where I was spinning on Sunday at the Maine Spinner’s Registry’s quarterly meet up! We went down to SearsportShores and I ended up in a smaller group down by the water in the shade. Very ideal way to spend a couple hours

I was too busy out enjoying summer while I could that I forgot to share my shop’s 3 year anniversary on 8/4! To celebrate the milestone, I enlisted Creation Lab to make these can coolers and hats with my logo 🎉 I’m so happy my business has reached this growth point, and there’s so much more to come

Soon I’ll also carry ceramic buttons from two good friends, Salt Slip and IJ which you’ll be able to get in person at markets as well as online!
Let me know any other things you’re looking forward to finding in my shop; there’s definitely more coming and sooner rather than later 👀

I’ve been forgetting to post in general lately, which is not good! Lightning bug photo from last year out at the aurora spot. I’m gonna be dyeing more of my lightning bug colorway along with other Upta Camp collection colorways for my upcoming markets. I’ve been slacking on stocking the fluorescing ones!

Come find my booth at Bangor Pride tomorrow! I’ll be at the marked spot in the celebration’s new location this year on the waterfront, with Bat Stitch Crazy Shoppe (Sackville Haggins - Alex et al) as my booth neighbor. Alex is raffling off this giant yassified Fresno Nightcrawler to support Bangor Pride! You can buy tickets in my booth or hers, and all that money will go right back to making Pride as amazing as always

I’ll have a fresh restock of vintage buttons, more sparkly yarn, and I’m even bringing out the F* it bucket, where you can find discount Oops Skeins!

Also very excited to have upcycled reworked recycled reused fashion designer and artist as one of my other booth neighbors again!! 💞

Visit Maine’s largest vintage pop-up market at the Union Fairgrounds June 21st! Shop 100+ curated vintage & artisan vendors stationed across THREE spaces. We will also have a wide variety of food vendors participating.

Selection: Featuring 100+ of New England’s top vintage purveyors. While we’re known for our vast selection of vintage clothing, you can also expect records, decor, jewelry, housewares, art, glassware, and accessories.

When: Sunday June 21st 11am-4pm.

Where: Union Fairgrounds 175 Fairgrounds Ln, Union, ME 04862. Address on Google Maps will reflect as “Union Fair Maine’s Wild Blueberry Festival”. Not to be confused with Unity Maine!

Tickets & Parking: FREE! No tickets required.

Helpful Tips: BRING REUSABLE BAGS! Dressing rooms will be available throughout the grounds to try on clothing.

Restrictions: No dogs or alcohol allowed.

What my Worldwide Knit In Public Day looked like! I spent it all in the Mid-Coast, building a batt at Blood Moon Studio Market, grabbing a new pair of needles at Heavenly Yarns for my Fryeburg sweater, and going down to Rockport Donut Festival to see Salt Slip! Ironically didn’t get as much actual knitting time in as I expected, but still

Here’s part two of my new Critter Collection! Most of these colorways I have exclusively on sock weight for now, but I do have some worsted weight and sparkle DK mixed in with this half of the collection

The color of the stellina in the Feral Pigeon colorway is this really pretty iridescent that’s so hard to capture on camera. And of course I had to include a pigeon colorway

Also, for all you bird nerds! I dyed up the Barred Owl colorway using a couple reference photos of their warmer season colors, so it’s appropriate for the time of year, but should I do a winter edition later on?
