Silky Sweet Confections and Event Planning I am happiest in the kitchen. I began baking with my mom when I was in elementary school and my love of baking followed me into adulthood.

After a stint as a cake decorator in a commercial bakery I realized that big box stores can not provide much personalization. I pride myself in listening to my customer and creating JUST what they have asked for. I get great pleasure seeing the look on someones face when I present them with THEIR dessert.
