My body decided for me today unfortunately. I woke up with a fever and a very bad cough. I can usually power through but this one feels like a bad illness that I don’t want to be spreading around to the community.

I’m so sorry! I hate having to cancel markets last minute, but I am struggling to even stop coughing.

I’m going to keep all my special bookstore romance day goodies and offer them at my next market to the first 20 shoppers. I’ll be at the Puyallup Night Market 8/20 and then Knutson’s Farms | The Market 8/21-8/22.

I’m gonna rest up and try to kick this thing. It’s the worst timing for me to be sick, but there’s not much I can do about it. So sorry guys! 😭

There are SO many fun things happening tomorrow for Bookstore Romance Day - but in case you want to stick a little closer to home, I’ll be at Chris & Kodie Wayman tomorrow from 10-5 with allll the romance books and a few other genres too.

I’ll even have a little goodie bag for the first 20 customers who love romance books! Cascadia Candles made some amazing wax melts that are so cute, and I’ve put in some handmade bookish goodies too.

This Saturday I’ll be at Chris & Kodie Wayman in Buckley and it’s also Bookstore Romance Day so I’ll have some special book lovers gifts for the first 20 shoppers with help from Cascadia Candles 🎉

Knutson Farms The Market is here this month for a summer night market Friday night, and the regular hours Saturday 🌻 I’ll have fall reads and cute fall products!

Then I’m bringing all the spicy reads for S**t Summer The Wellness Shop • Spa + Boutique • Orting WA on August 28th - you can grab a free ticket on eventbrite to save your spot! This event will be SUCH a vibe if you’re into spicy books. 🌶️

Gosh yesterday was a dream Puget Sound Book Festival was INCREDIBLE, and I’m so thankful to Wicked Words and their whole crew for making it happen.

Despite wrapping my heart out and also having to load up my husband’s car and have him drive books down, I sold out of blind books pretty quickly (218 books!!) I’m so sorry if you were disappointed - I had long lines and I just felt bad for those of you that wanted to shop and didn’t have many options! I’m offering free shipping on orders this week if you’d like to try again!

I’ve got loads of backup stock ready to wrapped. You can select my “A Blind Bookish Adventure”, pick your genre, book condition, and desired spice level if needed.

In the “Order Special Instructions” box you can share your Goodreads or reading app link so I can pick a new read for you, and any trigger warnings you don’t want in your book.

No code needed, it will apply to all online orders through my Shopify storefront. 💕

Thanks to everyone who shopped, stopped to say hey, and shared what the got from me. I am so incredibly thankful for your support, I’m a one-woman show and you really showed up and made all my hard work worth it.
