What an absolute honor to be nominated among the WOMEN considered for Best Photographer in Metro Detroit....... and somehow, we made it into the Top 5… and then you crazy, wonderful people voted us #1! 🤯❤️

I genuinely don’t even know what to say other than THANK YOU. Thank you to everyone who nominated us, voted, shared, cheered us on, booked sessions, brought us your ridiculously cute pets, trusted us with your furry companions, and generally encouraged this wild little photography adventure we’ve been on.

Being recognized alongside so many incredibly talented photographers is an honor all on its own. Being voted #1? Well… that’s just bananas. 🍌😂

We don’t take any of it for granted. Ruff Life Photography exists because of the people (and, let’s be honest, mostly your pets) who continue to support what we do. Every session, rescue shoot, fundraiser, crazy idea, muddy paw print, slobbery kiss, and dog/cat/rat/iguana, etc who absolutely refuses to look at the camera is part of this journey.

So from the bottom of our hearts — thank you. ❤️

Community is what makes Downtown Ortonville special.

A huge THANK YOU to everyone who helped make this weekend such a success!

Friday’s First Friday Summer Social brought our community together for an incredible evening downtown, and Saturday’s Ortonville Farmers Market Corn Roast kept the fun going!

Events like these don’t happen without the volunteers, vendors, businesses, partners, and community members who show up and pitch in. Together, we’re creating a vibrant downtown where people connect, gather, and make memories.

Thank you for being part of it!
