Soil is out of the bag! We purchased a greenhouse! Yes it’s located in Centerville, but we are not moving and will still be serving our cut flower customers! Please like our greenhouse page so you can stay up on all the fun happenings. It’s where we will start most of our cut flowers this year! We can’t wait to “GROW” our dreams and share amazing plants with you! As an added bonus in our retail we now have a brick and mortar for all our amazing Swan Farm customers! Follow along on this fun adventure!

We've been busy catching up on home projects. Feels so good to get these off the list! Pretty excited to have a pot filler!

It’s been a while since I’ve used my creative brain. Writing my dissertation takes all my brain power most days. But this weekend I took a break to paint this sign for above my mantle! I have more old window frames if you need a custom sign like this.

We are hosting an Italian foreign exchange student for the year. So far the only thing she wants for breakfast are my “biscuits” - which are Joanna Gaines from the first Magnolia Table cookbook. She’s lived with us for around 3 weeks and I’ve made 6 batches so far 🥰🍪👩‍🍳🇮🇹

We have been on hiatus from here most of the summer. Basically because we are running our other business Bobo’s Blooms. Anyways, I’m thinking ahead for fall and winter shirts. I’ll be adding these to our website tomorrow (or you can message me to order) but I was too excited not to share! Any shirt can be a t-shirt or crew neck sweatshirt. T-Shirt - $25 or Sweatshirt $45

The kids are all swimming in Iowa City tomorrow and I can’t wait to eat here when we are done!!!

We ate at Hudson’s Southside Tap in Iowa City last night and the drinks, food, and service were all so good. It’s a hidden gem. If you’re in Iowa City do yourself a favor and go there. I had the spicy Mac and cheese and peach mule!
