Just a note, we are no longer renting out the 2nd floor as an event space. We do still have retail spaces available to rent and the 2nd floor is available for monthly rental though..
We have our building up for sale. We all love this place dearly but with where life has taken us, we no longer have the ability to really devote our attention to it. We have poured our hearts and souls into it over the years and are really proud of the life we've brought back into it. All of us are heartbroken to make the decision to part with this glorious building full of history and charm but we all want to pass it on to some other person, people or family to bring them joy and wonder like it has us. They're so many unique things about this place including the large safe in the basement that is freaking cool! We've had it up for sale for several months and I have to be honest that I've only now made this post since it's hard to know that sometime soon, it will no longer be my home. Please share this post to get out the word so we can find the next lucky people to be able to make even more wonderful memories in this amazing place. With all the life being brought back into the downtown, I'm sad that we aren't able to continue our progress along with them but we know that this will also be another place downtown that people will enjoy seeing along with the other places being brought back to life.
