🏁 David Takes on Miller Mountain! 💪

David recently hit the trails for the New East Coast Cross Country (NECXC) Racing Series, which takes riders through challenging wooded courses across West Virginia, Maryland, and Pennsylvania.

At the Miller Mountain race, David tackled the 9.5-mile course, completing one full lap and another 7 miles into his second lap before a broken A-arm forced him to end his race early. Even with the unexpected setback, he finished 11th out of 14 riders!

We love seeing David out there pushing limits and showing what’s possible with his prosthesis. Keep tearing up the trails, David! 🦿🏁💙

Össur partners with the Challenged Athletes Foundation (CAF) to help people with limb loss or limb difference stay active through access to sports prosthetics, grants, and mobility programs. Together, we host free Running & Mobility Clinics nationwide that help participants improve their mobility, build confidence, and experience what is possible through coaching and fun mobility activities.
On October 4th, we will host our annual clinic here in the DMV region.💙
