Calabrian Chile Vodka Sauce with meatballs in the crockpot. Set it. Forget it. Take all the credit.

Calabrian Chile Crockpot Meatballs

๐Ÿซ™ 1 jar Oviedo Olive Oil Calabrian Chile Vodka Sauce
๐Ÿง† 1 bag frozen meatballs โ€” no judgment, we all have a life
๐Ÿง„ Drizzle of Oviedo Garlic EVOO
๐Ÿง‚ Pinch of Tuscan Herb Sea Salt
๐Ÿง„ Pinch of Garlic Burst if you want EXTRA garlic
๐Ÿง€ Parmesan for finishing โ€” always

Drizzle Garlic EVOO in the bottom of your crockpot. Add frozen meatballs. Pour entire jar of Calabrian Chile Vodka Sauce over the top. Season with Celtic Sea Salt. Low 6 hours or high 3 hours. Finish with freshly grated Parmesan.

Serve over pasta, in a hoagie, or straight from the crockpot standing at the counter because sometimes dinner is like that and we do not judge here.

The Calabrian chile brings a warmth that creeps up on you in the best possible way. Even those on the fence or not fans of spicy will enjoy this vodka sauce.

Havarti cheese โ€” creamy, buttery, and the perfect mild base for everything happening around it. Spicy pickles because contrast is everything and life is too short for a boring pickle.
