Yesterday, I had the privilege of delivering flowers for a young woman in hospice.

There are moments when you’re reminded that flowers are about so much more than beauty.

They can bring a smile when words aren’t enough.
They can brighten a room when life feels impossibly heavy. They can create a tiny moment of joy in the middle of something heartbreaking.

And maybe that’s one of the most beautiful things about flowers—they don’t need to change the circumstances to change a moment.

A few stems, a little color, a bit of fragrance… and suddenly there is something beautiful to look at, something to hold, something that says you are loved and you are never forgotten.

I’m still thinking about this family. Today, I’m grateful that my flowers could bring even a little bit of joy to someone who deserves so much of it. 💐

This is why I will always believe there is room for flowers—even in the hardest places.

It’s always my honor to deliver bereavement flowers. Nothing can ever replace a loved one, and the grief is real. I’ve felt it hard myself.

From the thoughtful gesture of the one who orders, to the prayer I make with every stem I arrange, If only for a minute, the smile that I see when I get to deliver them makes me realize that flowers don’t remove hard emotions but they can spark a moment of joy.

That’s why I do what I do.

Planning a wedding is wild — not because you don’t have a vision, but because it’s hard to show someone else what’s living in your head.
Pinterest helps… but those photos are someone else’s wedding, someone else’s colors, someone else’s flowers, someone else’s vibe.

So I started doing something different. Controversial or not, AI is the future, and I intend to understand it and use it to the best of my ability while still keeping myself and my work "human".

Instead of referencing a collage of strangers’ weddings, I take the inspiration that sparks something, sketch a rough version of what I’m imagining, write a detailed prompt describing the mood, colors, textures, and feeling I want — and then I upload it all into ChatGPT.

And that’s where the magic happens.

ChatGPT blends my inspo, my sketch, and my words into a custom concept image that reflects my wedding — not a copy of someone else’s. It’s the clearest, most beautiful way I’ve found to communicate my vision. I am a visual thinker, so this method was a game changer!

Good morning friends! Happy Sunday! Fox & Folly Farm has been in business for just over 1 year! I am so excited to be in Owasso with this incredibly supportive community! This morning is saw 888 followers. That number jumped out at me! I am very proud of how we are growing our business slowly and intentionally. That’s what makes the most loyal customers.

There is so much more to come on the farm. Our wedding is here in a few short weeks! AND, I am working on another project that will be hopefully revealed next year!
