For 102 years Costas has been family owned & operated & our customers are part of our Costas family. George's nephew, Costas Boosalis, took over and changed the name to Costas in the early 1970's. Over the years it has included a coffee shop, then a restaurant, and now is back to just a candy shop. It has always been located at 112 N Cedar Avenue since it first opened. Our candy continues to be hand-made every step of the way. Making quality hand-made chocolates is an art & a science. Ellie just started with us this summer and has been such a cheerful addition. She has one younger brother and is a junior at OHS. Ellie is interested in the medical field and always has a great smile. She says she is enjoying trying all the candies at Costas and discovering new favorites. We understand that it’s tough to pick just one. 😉

- Amelie’s turn! Amelie’s been with us for just over a year and due to a lot of staff changes she became the veteran dipper this summer, and did an amazing job stepping up and helping new staff. Amelie will be a senior this year - doing PSEO plus homeschool classes, along with Orchestra. Amelie stays busy running CC, Track and helping with Athletic Training during the winter. We’re so thankful to have one more year with Amelie before she leaves for college. Her favorite candy is our toffee!
