📚One month from today, Riverow Bookshop turns 50!🎉 Fifty years in business is no small feat, so a heartfelt thank you to our dear customers for continuing to support us for all of these years (and many more ahead as well)! 💛

🎊To celebrate, we are hosting prize raffles in October, November, and December! Starting today, October 5, each in-store purchase earns you one ticket toward a chance to win a $50 Riverow Bookshop gift certificate. Drawing for the October pool is November 5, with a new pool for the next gift certificate prize starting that day.

📚Local historian and author Peter Gordon will be present TODAY (Sunday, October 4th) from 12-2:30 outside Riverow Bookshop discussing and signing his new book "An Owego Village Companion: Walking Eastern Front Street and Fifth Ave".✍️ The book covers 85 homes from 5th Avenue to Eastern Front Street, with 445 new and historical photographs (most of them in color). A beautiful book celebrating Owego and its historic homes.🏘 Copies available for purchase at Riverow before, during, and after the event.
