Oxford Thrift Shop/Store

Oxford Thrift Shop/Store Selling secondhand clothes and other household goods, furniture. The Oxford Thrift Shop began as an idea of the Ministerial Association.

It first opened in 1999 in the Oxford Medical Clinic. Funds were raised by the Oxford Area Foundation and the community to renovate the former Foxes clothing store and relocate the store. Kirk Fox donated the building and renovations were begun and completed by volunteers with the help of the Village of Oxford. Later the Ministerial Association created a new Thrift store Board and handed the store

over to them. Except for operating cost, all of the profits go back to benefit the community. Volunteers through-out the community operate the store.
