The Treasure Chest in Oxford A Gift Shop and art gallery located on the Main Street in Oxford across from Town Park . The Treasure Furniture Painting classes are available!

The Treasure Shop is a gift shop located in the heart of Oxford! Featuring a coastal and nautical vibe, look for local art and gifts related to boats and the Chesapeake Bay, mermaids, whales and even pirates. Artwork made by local artists includes a variety of locally handmade items including paintings, pottery, stained glass, jewelry (including sea glass jewelry) handmade soaps, lotions, tote bag

s and more! Handpainted furniture as well as Dixie Belle Chalk Mineral Paint and SILK All-in-One Mineral Paints are sold here. The store also has all things Oxford - paintings, t-shirts, Tervis, mugs, magnets, stickers and more. The store is open full time April thru December (Christmas Eve), closed for vacation Christmas Day and the following two weeks. Reopen Thursday through Sunday in January, February and March (weather permitting) and then full time again in April. Stop by and check us out!

A perfect ! Great wind, sunshine day made for great sailing! Jacket required, but such good wind we sailed all the way across the bay so fast. Nice to see Sharp’s Island Lighthouse again, lots of interesting boats were spotted, closest we’ve been to Calvert Cliffs in a while, and way too many buoys in the water off Tilghman Island! Enjoy these views off !

Just arrived, these etched glasses are locally made by Kevin Herrmann. You might already be familiar with Kevin‘s woodworking pieces with laser etched designs, so these glasses are a perfect fit with his other work! I have stemless wine, rocks glasses, and highball glasses here in the store. He is working on more that will say Oxford MD - coming soon! Keep these in mind for gifts as Father’s Day approaches - stop in and check them out!
