Keeping it simple: HB328 goes too far and will wipe out products & businesses that folks in NC currently use. It will cost our state jobs and money. Our friends in the h**p industry want to provide safe products for adults and they welcome SOME concepts included in the bill (age restrictions, testing regulations, etc). But HB328 wipes out an entire industry (and creates an inevitable black and/or out-of-state market) that North Carolinians currently back by choice with their dollars.
