Saturday morning we were finally able to hold our first yoga class. Katherine guided us through a gentle flow and listening to the snow hitting the roof and feeling the sunrays through the storm was pure tranquilty. I am grateful for the entire experience and proud to be able to share our space. Thank you for the group of ladies that came out and supported - this is just the beginning. "Mumaste - a place to grow"
