The cake was beautiful.
Then we added the flowers.

Sometimes it’s the smallest floral details that pull the entire wedding together.

Let’s talk about cake flowers!

The cake may come from the baker - but the flowers help connect it to the entire wedding design.

For this beauty, clusters of coral, peach, blush and white blooms were placed throughout the tiers, then continued around the base to create one full, finished statement.

The navy blue dress ribbon and gold details gave the soft florals just the right amount of contrast.

Cake flowers should never feel like an afterthought. Their colors, size and placement all matter, and coordinating with the baker is an important part of creating a design that looks intentional from every angle.

Your cake doesn’t need to be completely covered in flowers to make an impact. Sometimes, a few thoughtfully placed blooms are exactly what brings everything together.

That is not what a peony-loving bride wants to hear! But don’t worry… they are coming back.

Peonies have a naturally short growing season. Our Northern Hemisphere season has ended, and we are now waiting for the Southern Hemisphere crop to begin arriving later this fall.

Exact timing, colors and pricing will always depend on Mother Nature and availability.

But here’s the good news: if what you love is that soft, fluffy, romantic look, peonies are not your only option!

Hi, I am Andie.
I am a florist, wedding floral designer, and the person behind TFS weddings.
I have been working with flowers for more than 30 years. And somehow, I still get excited when the flowers arrive, the colors start coming together, when I create the wedding bouquet!!!
I am based in Oxford FL, just outside The Villages, but my flowers, like myself, love to travel!!!
From intimate Disney weddings, to full day in Orlando, Tampa and beyond.
My couples give me their vision, their colors, their inspiration and their story - and then they trust me with to create.
