Here is a copy of an email I just sent to everyone. Please contact me if you have any questions.

Hey Vendors,
I wanted to provide you all with an update on the costs for this next year. Our Organization has not yet agreed on the amount of our increase. This has been moved to our January meeting. As an estimate, it looks like most spots will increase $30-$40 with larger spots being a bit more. This is not guaranteed yet, as it is still under review.

I have sent invoices to everyone I had on my list. (Some of you I have not received payment from, so I am sending this reminder.) If you have not received your invoice for Memorial Day, and/or would like to pay before December 31 and get this years price for the next event, please let me know ASAP. If payment has not been received by the deadline, your invoice will be rebilled at the higher amount after the January meeting. Please reach out to me if you have any questions.
