This little mountain town is growing coffee possibilities! We couldn’t be more excited to be a part of it.
One thing that makes roasting in Pagosa a little different? We roast at over 7,000 feet in the San Juans. That thinner mountain air changes how heat moves through the roasting process, which means every batch demands attention, adjustments, and a whole lot of experience.
There isn’t a “set it and forget it” button up here.
Every roast is carefully developed to bring out the best in each coffee—whether it’s Trailhead before work, Traverse before a big adventure, or Foothills Decaf around the campfire.
