📣 SELLER WALK-IN THIS WEEKEND AT THE BARN!

Have something you’d like to sell? Whether it’s 1 item or 100, we have consignment options for you!

This Saturday & Sunday, we’re opening the doors for anyone seriously interested in consigning with The Barn to stop by, see what we’re building and learn about the different ways to sell with us.

Maybe you want your own stall. Maybe you have a handful of great pieces you’d like us to sell. Or maybe you regularly source secondhand inventory and need somewhere to sell it. We have options for all of it!

Our downstairs stalls and consignment program are focused on resellers and secondhand goods, including vintage, thrift, clothing, furniture, home décor, collectibles and more.

The building is still under construction, so bring your imagination! 🔨😂

This is not a public open house or shopping event just yet — this weekend is specifically for people interested in consigning or becoming a seller with us.

No appointment necessary. Just stop by between 11AM–4PM!

📌 Just a quick note: The Barn is a brand-new business owned and operated by the same team behind Calvada Marketplace. We are not affiliated with the former Patriot Pawn business that previously occupied this location.

We’re so excited to see these spaces finally coming together! 🙌

We’ll only have 9 stalls available for consignors at The Barn and 2 are already spoken for without even seeing the finished space! 👀

That means just 7 remain.

Our website should be fully up and running by Sunday, September 6, with more information on how to sell with us.

We seriously can’t wait to show you everything we’ve been working on. The Barn is getting closer every day! 🖤

📸 HERE’S HOW IT BEGAN…

Now that we’ve officially started sharing a little more about The Barn, we thought we’d take you back to where this whole transformation started. 👀

These photos were taken around the time we first got the keys, before the paint, before the projects and before we started putting our own touches on the building.

There’s a LOT of space here and an even bigger vision for what we want it to become. 🖤

Over the past few weeks, we’ve been cleaning, planning, painting, repairing, rearranging and figuring out how to bring all the different pieces of The Barn together.

And we still have a LONG way to go. 😂

Instead of waiting until everything is finished to show you, we thought it would be fun to bring you along for the transformation.

So consider these our official BEFORE pictures.

As different areas start coming together, we’ll show you the progress and eventually the before & afters.

We have a feeling we’re all going to look back at these pictures someday and say…

“WOW… remember when it looked like that?!” 😂

Every transformation has to start somewhere.

👀 Almost one month at THE BARN.

It’s hard to believe it’s already been almost a month since we got the keys to this place.

And let’s just say… we may have underestimated just how BIG of a project we were taking on. 😂

There’s been cleaning. A LOT of cleaning. Repairs. Painting. Building. Planning. Changing plans. Then changing those plans again. 😂

Some days it feels like we’ve accomplished a ton, and other days we look around and wonder if we’ve even made a dent.

But little by little, The Barn is starting to take shape. 🖤

Our goal is to create something completely different, a large hybrid retail destination centered around resale, vintage, home, fashion, furniture and independent local sellers and businesses.

There will be different ways to shop and sell throughout the building, including our main retail floor, The Stables and independent shops upstairs.

We also have to give a HUGE thank you to everyone who has been helping us bring this crazy vision to life. From cleaning and painting to repairs, construction, moving things around and tackling the never-ending list of projects, there are people putting in a lot of work behind the scenes to make The Barn happen. We appreciate every single one of you more than you know. ❤️

And thank you to everyone in the community who has been following along, asking questions and cheering us on. We’ve definitely noticed the excitement and curiosity surrounding this building. 👀

Over the next few weeks, we’re going to start taking you behind the scenes as we transform this massive place one room at a time.

It may not look like much yet…

But just wait. 😉
