Yarnorama Welcome to Yarnorama, A Playground for the Fiber Obsessed! We are a yarn and fiber shop with a special passion for spinning and weaving.

Our mission is to provide a welcoming shop that supports learning and community, one that is filled with unique fibers, yarns and tools for knitters, weavers, spinners and other fiber enthusiasts We bring in local and uniquely hand-dyed and handspun yarns, beautifully made tools and responsibly raised fibers. We are home to FiberObsessions hand-dyed, handspun and handwoven products! We carry a large and varied selection of weaving, knitting and crochet yarns, along with a wide selection of spinning and felting fibers, including loads of hand dyed fibers! In addition to carrying yarns in skeins and hanks, we offer a broad selection of coned yarns and threads from cottons and linens to wool/silk blends for weavers. Check out our spinning wheels and weaving looms, too! We are a dealer for Schacht, Louet, LeClerc, Kromski, Glimakra, Ashford , KCL and the list continues to grow. As you likely know by now, we have officially wrapped up all our business related to Yarnorama and have completed our cross-country move to North Carolina.

I will be shutting this page down very soon and will be posting exclusively on FB on my Susan Fricks page and on IG using my FiberObsessions - Susan Fricks page.

I’ll be setting up a new website at FiberObsessions.com soon where I’ll share blog posts, weaving patterns, handwovens and some hand-dyed fibers/warps from time to time.

If you are interested in following along on my journey, make sure you follow my pages listed above. That’s where I’ll keep posting all the scoop. Also, that’s the place to send me DM’s. If you send them here, I will not get them.
