Notice Regarding Custom Orders and Claimed Blankets
We hate having to post a notice like this, but we need to update our payment policies.
We have been too flexible with custom orders and claimed blankets by allowing payment to be made later. While we truly understand that money can be tight and are grateful for every purchase, Cozy Cowtoure still has costs to cover when an order is placed. Fabric must be printed, cut, and sewn, and our vendors require payment regardless of when a customer pays.
We also set aside claimed blankets and may create certain designs specifically for upcoming markets. When a claimed blanket is not purchased, it can miss its intended market and may be harder to sell afterward.
Effective immediately:
Claimed blankets must be paid for within 24 hours. If payment is not received, the blanket will be returned for sale.
Custom orders must be paid in full before fabric is ordered.
These policies will apply to all customers, with no exceptions.
We sincerely appreciate your understanding and continued support. These changes are necessary to protect our small business and allow us to continue creating products for you.
