This is my dear friend Joan Pierce Fisher and she's proudly sporting her MK Quilts shirt so we could twin today. ;)

Joan teaches a lot at The Common Thread here in Dahlonega, GA. Such a beautiful shop with an awesome owner and staff. Shannon and I have that it common as shop owners.

My retreat group comes each time we're here on retreat. I love to see such a wonderful working partnership with the shop and Mary, owner of Koosa Mountain Lodge & Retreat.

As a shop owner and boss "if you will", I'm beyond blessed to have these amazing women on my team.
This year, I'm blessed to spend a week sewing with them on retreat at Koosa Mountain Lodge & Retreat.

Please allow a little longer response time on call backs and email replies from all of us.

This week, I will be staying plugged in with my amazing team back at the shop and my other remote employees.
Ellen, Paco and Joyia are officially on retreat which is vacation time for them. They may or may not respond this week. If they do, I appreciate that but know that I'm not expecting that of them while they are on vacation.

And speaking of the team back home, show them a little grace for call backs as well. They will be working super hard covering while we are gone.

From me and my entire team, thank you for your support and all your business.
