Senate Bill 3 Will Go To Polis's Desk

The Colorado Senate just voted to concur with the House amendments to Senate Bill 3 (SB25-003), sending this dangerous gun control bill straight to Governor Jared Polis’ desk. We’re down to our last shot to stop it outside of the courts—and it starts with YOU signing our petition to demand a veto.

Senate Bill 3 is a blatant attack on our Second Amendment rights, shifting from a semi-automatic ban into a deceptive "permit-to-purchase" scheme that saddles law-abiding Coloradans with fees, bureaucratic hurdles, and state registration just to exercise our constitutional freedoms. Whatever the Governor does with this legislation, it’s our job to ensure he hears an outpouring of opposition he can’t ignore before he makes a final decision.
