The job isn't finished until the site is protected.
As the season winds down, the right erosion control matters. Coconut blankets provide longer-lasting protection through winter, while straw blankets offer reliable erosion control and support vegetation growth.

Not sure which is right for your project? Our team is here to help. nssalaska.com/erosion-control/blankets-and-matting/

Some things never change!
The first photo was taken in the spring of 2021 while we were clearing land and preparing for construction of our building. The second was taken just a few weekends ago while the family was helping around the warehouse.

A lot has changed over the years, but one thing hasn't: NorthStar Supply has always been a family business and we’re grateful for everyone who has been a part of it.
