My gorgeous fireball lily bloomed today! She is an absolute beauty, and still has a little ways to go before she’s fully open. 🥰

Fun fact about the fireball Lily: she is extremely toxic to both pets and humans (which is why she’s locked away in my room, away from our curious kitty 😆). Fireball lilies are so toxic that indigenous tribes used the sap from the bulbs in poison arrows for hunting and fishing.
