The PPL ADULT PROM has returned and tickets will sell out QUICK!

This ain't your teen's PROM! And.....why is it "proms" are only held for high schoolers?

Well, not anymore! Life is too short so - The Purple Painted Lady is hosting her 3rd annual ADULT PROM on Saturday, September 26, 2026 at 6pm at Fig Hollow Barn.

Come wearing vintage prom attire, or a vintage rock shirt with a ballroom skirt and sparkly Converse sneakers. Avant garde, gem stones, .....pretty much anything goes! Guys can wear whatever gets them there because let's face it, we need to make this as easy as possible to convince them to come!

Advance Ticket purchase is required and includes admission from 6 - 10pm with all you can drink of W**e, B**r, C***r and Non-Alcoholic Beverages! Live music by The Dean's List which we guarantee will get you up and dancing!

We will have 546 Chicken Food Truck - and a Farewell Pop Up of Another One Bites the Crust LLC …both are ala carte! For your sweet tooth, The Ice Cream Factory of Fairport will be arriving around 7:30pm!

We purchased bronze colored 4” fringe to add to the bottom of this giant lampshade. The lampshade is about 40 inches wide! We found it on Facebook Marketplace and painted it with Annie Sloan US Graphite Chalk Paint because we want a more “moody” look over the lounge area at the shop. We applied an IOD - Iron Orchid Designs transfer. Such a great change from the plain white original shade. I think it is going to look really nice together! What do you think?

The shop is always so magical after hours… with the golden sun streaming in. If I was a little fairy, I would want to live here. But instead, I am a human and I finally had a little bit of time so I decided to come in and try to finish my lampshade that I started quite a long time ago.
