On today's adventure in jam making....plum jam.

I have been wanting to try to make plum jam for years so I was very happy I snagged these at the local produce auction. I have enough to make a few different flavor so I'm debating what besides plain plain plum jam should I make? I'm thinking maybe a strawberry plum? Or maybe a cranberry plum or even apple plum? What do you think?

It might not look like much.....yet. This is the foundation for our new stand. Picking up the lumber tomorrow morning and starting it before our youngest daughter's soccer game tomorrow (go Red Jacket! ⚽). Hopefully it'll start looking more and more like a cozy cottage soon!
