💥💥💥SUPPRESSOR UPDATE💥💥💥

Yesterday was a hell of a day! It was like we were working at a call center. This post will explain, to the best of our ability, whats going on with the new ATF/NFA rulings on suppressors right now and how we’re operating at Black Sheep.

- First and foremost, we are not yet transferring suppressors on 4473’s. The waters are so murky right now nobody really knows whats legal and what isn’t or the proper way to proceed with a over the counter suppressor transfers.

-ATF/NFA has been silent on the new rules. They told us yesterday they are not legally able to discuss how suppressor transfers will be handled. They seem pretty clueless at this point.

- FDLE, which handles all fi***rm background checks is just as clueless as ATF/NFA is. Zero guidance, zero advice. No ETA on how to work the system.

- The new rules do not cover everyone! Best advice we can give out is go ahead and sign up to be a Gun Owners of America member! Annual membership is just $25! Sign up, screen shot your member number and have it ready for your purchase! By doing this you will be able to purchase a suppressor over the counter once guidance comes down!

- This is a very fluid situation. Things could change 2 minutes after i make this post!

- VERY IMPORTANT POINT! Yesterday at 9am when we got to the store our distribution had a nice supply of suppressors. That was not the case by the end of the day!! Gun stores across the country are scooping up all the inventory! If you are in the market come and get it now, while you still can! You have options. You can either go ahead and file the form 4(some of the suppressors we filed yesterday have already been approved) or you can purchase it and wait until we are able to 4473 the suppressor to you. We did place a large order toward the end of the day, lots of good cans coming in!

Last thing I’ll say is dont call us or come into the store today, or ever, and tell us what we’re doing is wrong or argue with us. It’s not going to go well for you. Gun stores across the country have been left in the dark about how to handle this situation. Unless your a gun law attorney and can give us some help, just be nice!
