Anellabees Honey Candies originated as a mother-daughter passion project in 2017, when Danielle and her daughter, Anella, began testing hard candy recipes in their kitchen using an old confectionery press from the 1880s. The goal was simple: create a honey-based candy that everyone in the family would love, free of the unnecessary ingredients found in most confections. Quality candy shouldn't be complicated, which is why Anellabees Honey Candies are made without any preservatives or artificial flavors. Our honey is sourced from beekeepers in the United States, and any extra ingredients, such as spices, butter, and dairy, are organic and rbGH free. Anellabees Honey Candies are gluten, soy, and corn-syrup free and sweetened the way mother nature intended.

Our newest honey is here! Meet our Infused Lavender Honey.

This limited summer batch is smooth, sweet, and softly floral, made with beautiful lavender buds from BalconyBotanicals and infused slowly for a delicate lavender finish.

Anella created the little video for this launch, and I’m so proud of her. It makes this batch feel even more special.

This month is a special — Last week we celebrated Anella’s birthday, and it’s Earth Day today!

She’s growing up way too fast. Being her mom is the best thing I’ve ever done. Building this company with her is a close second.

It feels fitting that her birthday falls near Earth Day, because Anellabees started with a little girl asking a big question about bees — the tiny pollinators that keep our whole world growing. Every jar of honey, every caramel, every candle we make traces back to that curiosity, and to the bees who make it all possible.

Thank you for being part of our story. Every order, every kind word, every box you’ve shared with someone you love — it all started because a little girl asked a big question. What a question it wa! .

With gratitude for our daughter, our bees, and our planet
