craKroc candy began in a home kitchen from a cooking mistake. Overcooked caramel was only the beginning of craKroc. After we realized that the caramel was a good tasting candy, we made our first batch of toffee with chocolate and roasted almonds. Our friends could not get enough of it and began saying it was addicting. When they came to the house they would ask if we had any crack candy. We decid
ed to market "crakroc", trademarked the name and put "an addiction in every bag". Our daughter came up with the concept of including statistics on drug abuse on each bag as a way of showing the realities of this tragic disease. This is our opportunity to help. This is your opportunity to help
Every time you buy our candy, you are helping "one person at a time" stay in rehab or even just go to rehab for as long as they need to rehabilitate and feel confident that once they leave they can make it on their own. Our mission is to team up with one or more rehab centers, donate proceeds from the sales of crakroc, and keep the recovering people on target with their goals. Many insurance companies only pay for a limited amount of time in a rehab facility which, for many, is not enough time to be effective. Some people don't have insurance at all and the costs are debilitating to families. Something needs to be done, and you can help!
