We have added a few new items to the menu at The Cellar.

This one might be our favorite - a full pound of mussels steamed in a white wine butter sauce, tossed with Italian parsley, lemon zest and garlic and served with our famous focaccia.

From whipped ricotta and roasted grapes to wild boar ragù, from Chianti braised short rib to lemon olive oil cake, our first Sunday Supper Club takes us to Tuscany.

As of August 1, every available Cellar Society Gold Membership has been claimed.

When we created our membership program, we intentionally limited the number of memberships available. The Cellar Society is meant to be exclusive and we intend to keep it that way.

But the response has exceeded our expectations.

For those who would still like the opportunity to become a Cellar Society Gold Member, there is now a waiting list.

All current and any new Bronze and Silver Members are automatically placed on the Gold waiting list in the order their memberships were purchased. As Gold Memberships become available through nonrenewal, members will be contacted in that order and given the opportunity to upgrade.

We’re incredibly grateful for how quickly Paris has embraced The Cellar and our membership program.

Of course membership is not required to visit the Cellar on regular occasions, however if you'd like to become a member, Bronze and Silver Memberships are still available. As a member you will gain access to members only Speakeasy nights every month as well as other select Members Only Events.
