We are looking for an energetic, dependable, and customer-focused team member to join our team!

Position: Full-Time Boutique Sales Associate

Hours:

🛍️Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 5:30 PM

🛍️Saturdays are required

🛍️Occasional overtime for events, Vegas prep or sales!

Responsibilities:

🛒Welcome and assist customers with an exceptional shopping experience

🛒Build relationships with customers and help them find the perfect outfit

🛒Operate the point-of-sale system and process transactions

🛒Unpack, tag, and merchandise new arrivals

🛒Hang, steam, and organize clothing

🛒Restock the sales floor throughout the day

🛒Keep the boutique clean, organized, and inviting

🛒Change displays and re-merchandise

🛒inventory counts and receiving shipments

🛒Package online orders accurately and efficiently

🛒Answer customer messages and phone calls when needed

🛒Assist with social media content, Instagram, TikToks, website photos.

🛒Work as a team and jump in wherever help is needed

We’re Looking For Someone Who Is:

💜Friendly and outgoing

💜Reliable

💜Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

💜Organized and detail-oriented

💜Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment

💜Loves fashion and enjoys helping people feel confident

💜Willing to clean, organize, and take initiative without being asked

💜Available to work Saturdays

Retail experience is a plus, but a positive attitude and willingness to learn are even more important! 🥰
