Unfortunately there are people like this reviewer in the world who are allowed to have an impact on small businesses. I encourage every small business owner to stand up for themselves in situations like this. Fortunately for us we’re approaching 500 5 star reviews and this won’t change our 5 star rating. But for businesses trying to get started or that don’t have many reviews this can be a killer as many people don’t bother reading the reason why a person gave a bad review. I find the majority of the time it’s nonsense like this. I just wish Google allowed businesses to review clients so we can avoid working with people like this.
