For the Salt Lake Chamber annual meeting, we were thrilled to feature our brand-new 32'x12' Executive Stage paired with high-profile stage lighting! To complete the look, Modern Expo provided a gorgeous scenic fabric backdrop that really pulled the whole presentation together.

We live, work and play together - every day - and we wouldn't have it any other way.

We had the privilege of providing full production support for an exclusive after-party during the inaugural Chef's Table festivalโ€”the amazing new culinary event in Park City celebrating the hit Netflix show! Tucked away in a intimate downstairs lounge right off Main Street, we brought in a high-end DJ setup, crystal-clear sound system, and custom ambient lighting to create an incredible vibe for the client and their VIP guests.

What an incredible venue for an annual meeting! ๐Ÿ โœจ

We had a blast working with the Salt Lake Chamber for their annual meeting at the Loveland Living Planet Aquarium! The Chamber staff is always such a joy to work withโ€”their organization and preplanning attention to detail make every collaboration seamless. While the aquarium has great existing equipment, we supplemented the space with full staging, stage lighting, custom draping, audio & video control consoles, camera recording, and technical oversight to keep the program running flawlessly.

Choosing the right stage size can make - or break - the flow of your event. ๐Ÿ”ฆ๐ŸŽฌ๐ŸŽค๐Ÿ“ฝ๏ธ

Our executive modular stage breaks into 4' x 4' panels so we can configure widths, depths, and heights to suit galas, luncheons, panels, DJs, and small bands in Park City and beyond. Common setups include wider shallow stages for ballroom walls and deeper footprints for musicians and multi-presenter programs.
