With all the new state regulations for our manufacturer, testing and compliance, the wait was almost four months for us to get a new shipment. To say the CBD industry is going through some growing pains is an understatement.

Our website is currently not able to process credit cards. An update from our payment processor was not successful. Everything works in test mode but when the system goes live it declines the cards.

Good morning! Just an update from us. We have been able to resume shipping products as of last week thanks to a judge overturning the decision made by the State of MN OCM to ban shipping for CBD retailers.

This is the only bag of Blue Razz we have left right now with the surge of purchases recently. Please be patient with us as we wait for our manufacturer to make more for us. They use our very own CBD Oil from the plants raised on our farm, so we have to wait for a spot in the production run.

There is also new testing protocols and labeling requirements. Even new transportation requirements that we have follow under the new state laws.

We intend to be as transparent as we can with our customers as we get ramped back up.

It has been a long journey to get our CBD business to where it is today. It has been so rewarding to help people feel better. Our kids helped a ton with it and have grown up a lot since we started.

Unfortunately, the rug has just been pulled out from under us.

Minnesota's office of cannabis management, who is now in charge of licensing CBD and cannabis businesses, has decided that CBD retailers are no longer able to ship products. This is crazy to us as none of our products are intoxicating and we have been allowed to ship for the last 5 years.
Online sales with shipping is probably over 80% of our business sales. So, we do not know what the future holds for us.

We have only been aware of this new coming rule for about 10 days and have spent days trying to understand if this is for real.

We must now operate as a physical retail location and can offer delivery. We will figure out how to adapt as we go.

We must also update labeling and potency levels for some products. We will be discounting these products till they are sold out and new products arrive.

T minus two hours til parade time and the light rain is now forecast to continue. Gotta come up with plan B for a parade float. We have a little too much effort into the tagboard signage on here to wreck it!
