✨ Big news! ✨

We're so excited to finally share that Fill & Flourish will be opening inside The building in downtown Parkersburg, Iowa!

Over the past several months, we've been carefully selecting clean, thoughtfully chosen refill products, designing our refill station, and getting everything ready. Now it's starting to feel real, and we can't wait to bring a simpler, more sustainable way to shop to our community.

Our goal is to open during Parkersburg Fun Days on August 1, and we'll be sharing plenty of sneak peeks, product spotlights, and updates as we get closer.

A huge thank you to The Building for welcoming us. We're so excited to become part of a place that supports local businesses and brings our community together.

One of my favorite things about a refillery is the closed-loop system!

Many of the products I carry come in reusable containers from the manufacturer. Once the product is empty, I send those containers back to the company, where they are cleaned, sanitized, and refilled. They are then sent back out to refill shops like Fill & Flourish to be used again and again.

Instead of single-use plastic containers being thrown away, the same containers stay in circulation for years. Combined with customers refilling their own bottles at home, this creates a system with very little waste and significantly reduces the amount of packaging ending up in landfills.

It's a simple idea: refill, reuse, return, repeat. ♻️

One of the products I've been personally testing as I prepare to open Fill & Flourish Refillery is the Activated Charcoal Deodorant Cream from littleseedfarm.com⁠ — and so far, I'm loving it! 🙌

I've been using it for a little while now, and it has quickly become one of my favorites. The activated charcoal helps fight odor naturally, and the formula is made with simple, natural ingredients without aluminum. Their deodorant creams are known for being gentle on skin while still being effective.
