25 years ago our nation changed.

Tonight we are reminded of the ultimate sacrifices so many American’s and their families made on 9/11/21. We continue to pray for the families whose loved ones were taken and the unselfish acts of the thousands of 1st responders that day.

We at Candles By Fluffy are PROUD to be Americans! We are PROUD to offer candles only made in America! And most importantly we are PROUD to continue to serve our community as first responders.

A friendly reminder, as with all previous years…our FB page, Tik Tok, IG, website & email communications will remain silent during the times of the terror attacks.

For those of us in EMS, there is something different about September 11th.

We know what it means to hear a call come in and not know what we're walking into.

We know the adrenaline.
We know the fear.
We know the instinct to help.
We know that sometimes you don't get to go home after your shift.

On September 11, 2001, thousands of firefighters, EMTs, paramedics, police officers and other responders answered a call that changed the world.

They didn't run away.
They ran toward it.
Some made it home.
Some didn't.

And some came home carrying wounds nobody could see.

I've been an EMT for more than 30 years.
Every September 11th, I am reminded that wearing the uniform isn't just a job.
It's a promise.
We go when others need us.
Never forget those who kept that promise that day. 🇺🇸🚑
