We are sorry things have been quiet! We have been dealing with a lot behind the scenes but We are in full swing in Jeffersonville!!! Happy Sunday all! Today is another beautiful day of fishing! 24HR Live Bait is good to go in both locations! You know what to do and don’t forget your bait receipt! We had an amazing time yesterday at our Annual Fire Dept Ice Contest! First I would like to personally thank the few people that helped me make it happen without them none of it was possible Harry, Pete , Amy, lil Michael, James, Krista and Aaron-each of them brought something to the table yesterday and made our day a very successful event! The fishing wasn’t bad either we found out yesterday that our lake is thriving and better than ever we had two crappie come in at over 2lbs and one was only 4 ounces shy of hitting a 3lber! They were frying pans lmfao our pickerel came in just shy of 3lbs and that’s a good fish for what we have seen and to top it off we had our Lunker winner come in with a beautiful brown trout over 4 1/2lbs!! Thank you to each and everyone that came out and supported, bought raffle tickets or donated to our community emergency fund for the Loch Sheldrake Fire Co. we def felt the love yesterday and with fishing like that next year looks to be even better as we preserved the fish and were put back in the lake for them to grow bigger a huge congratulations to all of our winners kids and adults alike. All our kids we made sure went home with something and to the winners they all got hooked up as any kid should! Again thank you to our members, staff and anybody that just wanted to help cause they could we appreciate each and everyone of you! Can’t wait to see what the fish look like next year! It has been a great season servicing our county and we thank each and every fire company that had us the conservation and any organization that had supernova at there events this year we thank you from the bottom of our hearts and look forward to next season! We are prepping for open water so be ready to see all the new baits and tackle we have to offer in the coming weeks!!! Tight lines and find your peace outdoors!!!

We are a 100% a go!!! Our Loch Sheldrake Fire Dept. 🚒Annual Ice 🧊Tournament!!! There is over 22” of ice throughout the lake!!! With today’s conditions with some rain it should freeze over in time for Saturdays event! The weather for Saturday looks absolutely beautiful conditions for a day on the ice! Please bring the kids out for a great time we have a lot of amazing prizes for the kids this year!!! We kick things off at first light so around 6ish we will allow lines in the water!

We are also allowing access for machines to be on the lake we have pick up and drop off area for anybody wanting to bring machines! The drop off spot is gonna be at the Sushi Place entrance there is no parking there you must park in the main parking lot where registration is but you can access the lake from there. We ask that you do not touch anything on the property as they are doing us a huge favor to allow you all to access the lake so I repeat it’s a pickup and drop off area only no parking is allowed there you must again park in the main parking lot!

We will have live bait and the trailer available onsite as well so we have everything you will need for tournament day Registration begins at 5:30am and you can claim your spots as soon as possible but you again cannot have lines in water until I sound off the beginning of the tournament! I cannot wait to see you all there this weekend! This is gonna be one amazing event please support your local fire Co. and small businesses without them none of this is possible!
