Caribbean calcite Is a deeply soothing and calming stone, can help with nightmares and disrupted sleep. Caribbean calcite is a reasonably new stone found in Pakistan in 2019, its a combination of brown and white aragonite and blue calcite. Said to be beneficial with anxiety and have calming and grounding properties. It's a stunning stone that resembles the ocean.

Who loves crystal chips? These will be added to the website along with other new stock I have this week.
I wanted to have the website done over the weekend but I had a few new ideas after chatting with you guys, one of which is to have some really beautiful gift ideas.
Crystal wish bottles are one of those gift ideas, these will come in one of my blue and gold gift bags with a beautiful post card of information about the crystals inside the bottle, making these a lovely little gift to send someone when you want to give them a little magic 🌠

Today's affirmation card "I am at home in my body" this is a great one for this time of year especially. There is so much around about changing and loosing weight, none of which is bad aslong as its done for the right reasons.
A lot of the time we try to use shame or guilt to bully ourselves into what we perceive as a "better" version of us but in reality what we really need is love and healing. You don't need to be a certain way to be worthy of love or good things. The faster we believe this the faster things fall into place for us 🌠 ✨✨

Let's talk about ways to use your palm stones, these are the perfect tool for harnessing crystal healing for yourself.
These are great for placing on the body, you can either place on or around your energy centres (chakras) this is great to do with either clear quartz or specific crystals linked with those chakras.
You can place them on areas of the body you wish to heal, this works really well with crystals such as moss agate which is helpful for natural pain relief or Lepidolite which is great for emotional and mental healing. Simply place the crystal on the area of the body you feel needs support and meditate or visualise healing 🥰
You can also use these to hold in your hand whilst you meditate, fall asleep or visualise, for example holding on to green aventurine and visualising reaching your goals can help you manifest. Meditating whilst holding some Lepidolite or amethyst before bed could help with insomnia.
