This is the last time I’m going to explain our appointment process: You must use the link to schedule an appointment. If you don’t see an available time, it’s because I’m fully booked. Some days, I’m even double-booked.
Trust me, I don’t want anyone to have to wait. I know you’re excited to get your items, and I completely understand that. I’m doing my best week in and week out to help everyone as quickly as I can.
I work my full-time job from 5:30 a.m. to 2 p.m., then run the shop from 3 p.m. to 8 p.m., Monday through Friday. I understand appointments are booking up quickly, and I try to accommodate everyone. But I’m one person with only so many hours in a day, and I’m not offering weekend appointments right now.
I have a family, two young daughters involved in sports, and a wonderful wife who has sacrificed so much to help me build this business. They deserve my time, too. I’m not willing to miss my children growing up just to add more shop hours.
Until we have a storefront and can bring on help, appointments may book up fast. We can’t thank you enough for all the support. Stay tuned, because our growth isn’t stopping, we’re just getting started!
