By using any Vroman’s social media site, you accept and agree to these guidelines. While we encourage open discussion, we may occasionally remove posts that don't fit our community guidelines. - Comments that include profanity, threatening nature, discriminatory or otherwise offensive may be removed.

We recognize that social media has become a popular forum to seek customer service assistance, and we will do our best to service your request on any of our open Social Media Sites. As such, Vroman’s may occasionally identify and respond to customers seeking assistance with account-related issues. In the event a customer receives such a communication from Vroman’s regarding a service request or other need, the customer may be offered other Vroman’s channels to help address those concerns as smoothly and effectively as possible.
