I had a minor knee injury after a dark night collision with Charlie on the 4th of July as he was frantic with desperation and fear from the endless fireworks. I have never really had a debilitating injury before so this was interesting for me. I did all the protocol to heal including not dancing for nearly a month. I finally went back yesterday and the delight and joy I felt is still carrying me along. Such relief! And gratitude for my strong healthy body 🙏🏻
I am actively planning/working on bringing my class back after a stumbling start ( post the loss of Nature Friends in the fire ) with a focus more towards dancing. I want to encourage and guide you to YOUR body and finding the joy and delight that is waiting for you..♥️
