We pack olive oil when we travel.
Before every vacation, we tuck a few 60 ml bottles of our favorite olive oils and vinegars into our carry-on bags, add our favorite rubs and sea salts in snack-size bags, and we're ready to cook wherever we go.
This photo was taken at the Marriott in South Lake Tahoe. After a day on the lake, we skipped the restaurant, picked up a few fresh ingredients, fired up the grill, opened a bottle of wine, and made one of our favorite vacation memories.
