🍷 Visalia, Matt’s coming home—and he’s bringing the wine!

This Tuesday, September 15, Matt is heading back to his hometown of Visalia for a special wine dinner The Vintage Press alongside Mike Sinor of Sinor-LaVallee .

The evening features a late-summer menu paired with Central Coast wines from both winemakers—think ripe tomato Panzanella, blackened Rockfish, fire-grilled Manhattan Steak, and a warm Pluot Galette. 🤤🍷

And we’re bringing a little extra MCV with us! ⭐ We’ll have MCV shirts and hats for guests joining us for dinner.

Our MCV Library is especially close to our hearts. It was created in honor of Matt’s mom, who loved books, and we love the idea of her love of reading continuing through the stories that are shared here.

While we don’t make a lot of white wine around here—we definitely still need barrels!

And yes, even the white wines get a little barrel love. 🤍
Cleaning, steaming, prepping… because harvest isn’t just grapes and pretty vineyard pictures. There’s always something happening behind the scenes at the winery.
