Remembering EOD1 Sean Carson, SO1 Patrick Feeks, and SO2 David Warsen, who made the ultimate sacrifice on August 16, 2012, when their Black Hawk helicopter crashed near Kandahar, Afghanistan.
Fourteen years later, their sacrifice is still remembered, their absence is still felt, and their memory lives on in all of us who had the honor of knowing and serving alongside them.
Sean and Pat, I miss you both greatly and think of you often. I’m forever grateful for the memories, the brotherhood, and the time we shared. You will always be remembered, and your sacrifice will never be forgotten.
