I had an extremely bad experience with this company. One category of pipes with very low-quality standards and another category of pipes with high quality standards were sent to me. After receiving a very high-quality sample from this company, I placed an order with them. But they sent me poor-quality pipes when I got my container. They have no interest in helping their clients resolve this matter. Since my customer didn't take it and returned it, I lost about $11,000.00. I asked Mr. Vineet Mangesh Raut, the Bhushan Tubes representative, to return these materials once his boss gave his approval, but he flatly refused. Other businesses lose money because of these dishonest business practices and bad company policies. I firmly advise other customers not to purchase any imported materials from this vendor. Beware of this company. Bhushan Tubes Private Limited.
I did file a International Trade Dispute complaint against this company. I am attaching the documents as well.
Finally, they were placed on the blacklist concerning their import and export license(DEL). I received a letter or notice from the International Trade Dispute Center (DGFT) regarding my case.
