St John's Church Thrift Shop We're located at 209 Lafayette Ave in Passaic NJ. Stop by and see us sometime! You'll be glad you did! We're open Tuesday and Saturday 11am-4pm.

Our thrift shop is run entirely by hard working and dedicated volunteers. We're located right next door to the church in the beautiful old rectory. We're also accepting and are very grateful for any donations. Stop in one day to shop, browse, or just to say hello! We'd all be happy to see you!

We're late posting today! We've had a busy day and we couldn't be more grateful for our new and long time customers. You still have time to go to the Saint John's Church in Passaic for the Craft and Vendor show. Then stop over at the thrift shop and celebrate our 43rd Anniversary with us! Clothing is still half price, there's a yard sale outside, and we're giving you a bag with some goodies in it. See you soon!

Today we are celebrating our 43rd Anniversary. We are thankful that we have been able to provide this ministry both to our parish and to the outside world. The work done by our staff, made up entirely of volunteers, helps to support Saint John's Church and its mission. It also provides an affordable option for our customers to obtain clothing and household goods. Needless to say, we are also happy that we reduce the amount of waste going to landfills. Items in good condition get a second chance at life. We like that we are taking a small part in helping our planet. And so, we thank our customers, our volunteers, but most of all God, for allowing us to flourish in this community.

PVWC continues their work on our street today. There's no parking on Lafayette Ave and there's no access to our driveway. We have no time frame on how long they plan on keeping our street closed.

Now let's talk about Tuesday. Our friends at the water company love our street so much they've extended their visit for another week! There will be no parking again on either side of Lafayette Ave from 6-1 to 6-5. In addition to that, they give us no information as to how far or which way you can travel on Lafayette Ave. We recommend that if you're coming to the shop on Tuesday you park on Passaic Ave or the other side of Lafayette Ave. We apologize for this mess and we look forward to them finishing their work as much as you do!

Good morning, friends! It's a beautiful day out there, but on Lafayette Ave it's a beautiful day for road construction. Our road is closed at Passaic Ave, but you can come down Lafayette Ave from Pennington Ave. However, you won't be able to drive all the way down to us. The water company is digging in spots from Passaic Ave to right in front of our driveway. There is no access to our driveway or parking lot at all. Check back here or call us at 973-779-4536 for any updated information.
