This hat was such a satisfyingly quick knit! Four strands held together made it so easy to get a great fade while being a stash buster. Because this hat knit up so quickly, I figured I had time to make something else with the rest of the pink skein and I wound up playing a bit of yarn chicken to get the whole thing done. And, in my rush to complete the other project, I forgot to take a completed pic of the hat, but this is pretty close to done! 🙈 The second pic shows all of the colors I used in order, starting with the light pink in the top left. Pattern calls for reverse stockinette, but I prefer regular stockinette. by

Some new skeins just put up in the Etsy shop. I only dye a few skeins at a time and am terrible at keeping notes of what I’ve dyed up, so WYSIWYG! I keep telling myself to write it down so I can make a color way again, but I always end up adding layers of color until I’m satisfied. Maybe the next dye session I’ll try again. 🤷‍♀️🎨
