To be honest these were hard not to keep for myself!

Friday I was outside all day long prepping for our first frost and harvesting as much flowers as I could. And we didn’t even get a dang frost! I was a little annoyed..BUT that means I can still take special orders this week. I’ll keep running a deal on these huge mixed bouquets for $30 until we actually get the first frost 🤣 So shoot us a message for flowers!

It’s looking like we will get our first frost this weekend! ❄️

While I dread the end of fresh flower season, I am so excited for what’s to come. We’ll be spending the next few months planning for 2027, which will be the biggest year yet! (Hello, U-Picks!)

This weekend is the LAST CALL for farm fresh flowers in 2027. I have bouquets listed on the website for pickup this Saturday, then that’s it, folks! We’ll also have bouquets available at Sunflour bakery in Rochester on Saturday.

Yesterday I completed my first legit arch setup (other than my own last year). I absolutely love making wrapped bouquets every week but let me tell ya, wedding florals and installments like this are just so refreshing and make the creative side of my heart so happy.

I also need to publicly thank my insanely incredible support system over here. From my mom allowing me to use her large car, then driving back here (1hr+) first thing on the morning of the wedding because I forgot much-needed supplies in my trunk, to Clay’s mom Cheri coming to help me w**d on any given day, and my sister Olivia spending evenings after work helping out. Then there’s Clay, who spends a good chunk of his time at home helping me with literally anything and everything I need while being an incredibly supportive husband. These folks aren’t paid (unless you count flowers)- they just simply want to see me succeed. And I seriously cannot thank them enough.

Anyway! I can’t wait to share more photos of this gorgeous wedding with you- and congratulations to the Durhams!! 🤍🩷

Clay & I took a short trip to Iowa for our very first wedding anniversary to visit one of our favorite flower farms to learn from. Clay even did a design workshop with me, and I must say, he may have just got himself roped into helping me out with wedding florals in the future 😉

PepperHarrow flower farm has been in business for 15 years and we learned so much from them about ways we can setup our U-Pick farm next year and into the future. It is always so helpful to be able to learn from the experts in this industry. We’re so excited to build something super special like this for our community!
